I research the connections between cultural communication and technology. I am currently an Australian Post Doctoral Fellow and Chief Investigator of the Australian Research Council project, Engaging with Social Media in Museums. I am a co-convenor of the www.museum30.ning.com site, a network for those interested in the future of museums.
